About BRIDGE
An externship is an unpaid learning opportunity that allows a student to job shadow with a Marshall alum for one week, during a student's Spring Break (March 12 - 16, 2012).
The BRIDGE program is open to Marshall sophomores, juniors and seniors, who would like to explore a specific career path and make alumni connections.

The BRIDGE Externship Program is not an internship program; it is a job-shadowing experience. The program was founded on some of the same principles of the CAREER ADVANTAGE PROGRAM (CAP), which is a year-long mentoring program. If you would like more information about CAP, please go to www.uscmarshallcap.org.
